Any costs incurred for any work already done up to the written date of cancellation during work hours (09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday) will be potentially chargeable.

Refunds cannot be given for any work already begun.

However any refunds will be credited back to the customer for any money already paid minus our costs.
